Florida’s football recruiting class has always been a tough one to beat, but the Gators have finally cracked it with a class that ranks among the most highly rated in the country, according to the latest recruiting rankings.
The Gators have won a total of eight national championships during the four decades of the program, which has made it to the Final Four twice and two NCAA tournaments.
This year, the Gators are poised to do it all again, with a talented group of players that has made the program’s recruiting profile one of the most competitive in the nation.
According to Rivals.com, the 2016 class boasts a class with more than 6,500 scholarship commitments, more than any other class in the top 10 of the recruiting rankings at this time.
The 2016 class is comprised of five players from the state of Florida, which also includes Miami, Tallahassee, Orlando, Gainesville, Gaines’ hometown and the city of Jacksonville.
Florida is a state with a population of nearly 3 million people and a population growth rate of nearly 2,000 people per day.
The class has a strong track record of success at the high school level and at the college level.
The Gators won the state title last year and are in the hunt for another title this year.
In addition to three players, Florida has five players in the 2018 class that are from the South Florida area and two of those are high school stars.
The trio of Jalen Hill, D.J. Pett, K.J./C.J., and Jalen Hurts are all Florida natives and all have strong ties to the state.
The 2017 class is a little more interesting.
The five players are all players from Florida and Florida State, which means Florida has three players from each of the five schools.
That’s a total seven Florida players that have committed to the Gators, which is a pretty significant number for a program that’s had a strong recruiting presence in the state for some time.
With all of this recruiting, it’s no surprise that the Gators aren’t just the hottest team in the SEC.
However, the team that has the hottest recruiting class in all of college football is not a team that plays every week.
The Florida Gators have been very successful at recruiting the players that they have, and that success has allowed them to land elite talent.
