There are no words.
We’ve all heard it before.
You’re being interviewed for a job, and the interviewer asks you what kind of person you are.
You have no idea what to say.
Then, the interviewer takes your time and makes you feel like an idiot.
You realize you’re not an idiot, but you can’t let it go.
This is why I love the interview.
It’s a way to build confidence and trust in yourself and in the people you’re interviewing.
I’m so glad I did it.
I don’t think anyone else would do it.
You are being evaluated, and you’re judged on your ability to do the job, not on what you look like.
And if you’re being judged on that, you’re probably not going to be hired.
So, if you want to get an interview, be honest with yourself and your interviewers.
It will be different for every job candidate, but if you can be honest, and not let the interviewer judge you based on how you look, you will be a better fit.
And that’s all I can say.
If you can help recruit a football player to your team, be the best recruit in the world, and help recruit the best players in the country, that’s awesome.
I love being a part of this, and I’ll be damned if I won’t work my ass off to get the job done.
