FSU’s 2016 class was loaded with big-name players, including four-star quarterback Treon Harris, four-stars receiver Michael Thomas, four stars offensive tackle Ryan Harris and five-star safety Jordan Todman.
Now, the Tigers have more commits than any other FSU football program, with a total of 11 players who have signed with the Tigers.
The Tigers have signed five-stars offensive tackle Eric Allen, four star wide receiver Rashaad Bledsoe and five star safety Shaquille Nix, who all committed to FSU in the past week.
The recruiting class was also loaded with five- and six-star defensive ends Michael Thompson, Austin Davis, Tre’Von Harris and La’Quan Jones, who are all currently at Auburn.
Five-star wide receiver Quayvon Smith and defensive tackle Jordan Williams also chose FSU over other offers, with Smith and Williams choosing FSU for the second straight year.
Five stars safety Austin Davis is also currently at FSU.
Five-star cornerback Rashard Allen and five stars linebacker Jovan Belcher are both committed to the Tigers and are scheduled to visit FSU during the upcoming week.
Other Tigers who have committed to Auburn include four- star defensive tackle Josh Lueck and five top-25 prospects, including six-stars linebacker Justin Edwards, four top-100 prospects and three top-200 prospects.FSU is now tied for the fifth-most total commits in the country, and the Tigers are currently ranked second in the SEC East.
