Posted January 26, 2019 12:33:18The NCAA is in the midst of making its most sweeping overhaul of recruiting since the advent of the current system in 1985.
The new system has already seen a huge boost in the number of prospects signed and the number eligible for the 2017 recruiting class.
However, with the NCAA announcing that it will start enforcing stricter recruiting rules in 2018, the recruitment tools that the organization uses to make its decisions on potential recruits are becoming even more important.
One of the tools that will be updated is the military recruiting service, or MILSP, which will now have an added layer of transparency.
This will make it easier for recruiters to get a better handle on who is on the team and the team’s recruiting targets, allowing them to get the best information possible about prospects that may not be considered in the traditional recruiting process.
The MILSP will now allow the recruiting staff to have a greater say in which prospects are on the field.
This means that if you are a player who you would like to play in the future, the recruiting office will now know which prospects you want to play for, which players you are interested in and what they would like out of your recruitment.
As a recruit, you will have more access to these information, allowing you to compare what you are told to what you actually do on the court and in the gym.
This could help your recruitment staff determine if the player you are targeting has what it takes to play at the next level, as well as the best way to get them on board.
The new MILSP is a step in the right direction, as it provides an easier path for the recruitment staff to get information about players, but it could be a step back in the process.
For now, the new system is only available to college football players, with no details on how it will be used by all Division I teams or by Division I programs in the NFL.
